& Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jalibat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using jalibat in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jalibat and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. jalibat will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via the contact email address on file, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are supplemented by the jalibat Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the platform, and any other rules applicable to specific games or betting markets. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jalibat is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion offered on the platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If a player is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, jalibat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to hold an account on jalibat:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jalibat or any affiliated platform.
• Your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of services available on jalibat — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and promotional offers — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your account. If any of your details change after registration, you must update them promptly via the account settings area or by contacting the support team. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jalibat is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and fraud prevention, we operate a Know Your Customer verification process. KYC verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal, when your account activity triggers a review threshold, or at any time at our discretion.

Documents that may be requested as part of KYC verification include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), a proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash wallet, bank statement, etc.).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. jalibat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

jalibat supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and jalibat reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jalibat is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your jalibat account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. jalibat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please refer to your provider's terms for details.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or business associates — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit may be voided, the associated winnings forfeited, and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawals

To submit a withdrawal request, you must have completed the applicable KYC verification process and have a positive real-money balance in your account sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, with bKash and Nagad transfers usually completing within a few hours of approval.

jalibat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, in particular where the withdrawal amount is large, where account activity patterns have triggered an AML review, or where KYC documentation has not yet been fully verified. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. jalibat reserves the right to apply a processing fee on withdrawals in specific circumstances, which will be disclosed to the player at the time of the withdrawal request.

jalibat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by jalibat:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing players exclusively.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one redemption per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal of funds derived from the bonus can be made.
• Unless the promotion specifies otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on jalibat bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been fully met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus that has not been fully wagered within the stated expiry window will be automatically forfeited.
• jalibat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus at any time if fraud or abuse of the bonus system is suspected.

You agree to use jalibat solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jalibat and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting agency, aggregator, or reseller service using jalibat markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical means to interact with the platform, place bets, or fulfil wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's pricing or payout logic. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through jalibat.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity, including using gambling deposits and withdrawals to move or obscure funds of illicit origin.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the jalibat support team or other players on the platform.
• Circumventing geolocation restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account suspension decisions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or alternative accounts.

jalibat uses industry-standard fraud detection, behavioural monitoring, and AML screening tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jalibat reserves the right to take whatever action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its players, including cooperating with law enforcement agencies.

jalibat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider relating to deposits made to the account.
• The player becoming ineligible to hold an account (e.g., reaching a self-exclusion activation or being found to be under 18).
• Technical, security, or legal reasons that require the account to be closed or restricted.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your jalibat account at any time by contacting the support team. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, jalibat will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the account, including blocking email marketing communications. jalibat provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we do not provide any warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jalibat shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory action.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or account balance displays that result from technical malfunctions, provided that jalibat takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any decisions made by you based on information, statistics, or commentary provided on the platform — all betting and gaming decisions are made at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits jalibat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jalibat, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a final resolution within 14 business days.

jalibat reserves the right to update, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of jalibat after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
